SECTION 1. -

The sum of P99,636.50 is hereby appropriated from the item: “Non-Office–Land

Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2015 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for

just compensation including documentation and registration expenses of Lot No. 24860-B owned by Roberto

and Felina Amper, portion of which with an area of 26 square meters was affected by the construction of the

Kagay-an 5th Bridge & Access Road Project located at Barangay Carmen, this City.

SECTION 2. - For this purpose, the Honorable City Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the

corresponding Deed of Absolute Sale thereof.

SECTION 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

THIS PURPOSE, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF P47,677,929.00 FROM THE CY 2014 SURPLUS AND PS-

SAVINGS AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2015 AS CERTIFIED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE TO BE

MADE AVAILABLE THEREFOR



SECTION 1. - There is hereby granted Personnel Motivation Incentive (PMI) to all officials and employees

of the city government equivalent to one month basic salary, pursuant to the provisions of Rule X of the OmnibusRules Implementing Book V of Executive Order No. 292 and CSC MC No. 01 S., 2001 as revised under CSC

Resolution No. 010112 dated January 10, 2001, subject to audit and budget regulations.

SECTION 2. - For this purpose, the sum of P47,677,929.00 is hereby appropriated from the CY 2014

Surplus and PS- Savings as of September 30, 2015 as certified by the Local Finance Committee to be made

available therefor.

SECTION 3. - The same is hereby included in the Supplemental Budget No. 6 of the General Fund and

Supplemental Budget No. 4 of the Special Accounts, both for CY 2015.
