We have heard the parties and persed the p!eadin"s. We are in a"ree#ent $ith the

petitioner that there is a need to revie$ and esti#ate the a%ta! !oad on the feeders and

the %onstitents sho!d %onsider avera"e !oad in the feeders for %o#ptation of tar"et

re!ief on identified feeders. As sffi%ient !oad re!ief has not &een a%hieved' the

respondents are dire%ted to identif( #ore feeders for insta!!ation of )*R and df/dt
