Monday, April 27 at 6:00 p.m. Cocktail Hour

We’ll spend an elegant Monday evening at The Driskill Hotel, a legendary landmark in Austin and one of the world’s finest hotels.  Join us at 6:00 p.m. outside of the Driskill’s Citadel Club for cocktails, appetizers and live music by Matt Read, a local acoustic guitarist who earned a degree from the prestigious Berkeley College of Music.  Matt’s passion is jazz, but he will take requests, so feel free to tell him your favorite tune!

Monday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. WhoDunIt? Murder Mystery Dinner

Dinner will be served in the Driskill’s Citadel Club, which was added to the hotel in 1929 and began as the meeting place of a private men’s club.  Excluding women was one of the primary reasons for the club’s demise. The Citadel Club’s history and mystique makes it the perfect venue for our Murder Mystery Dinner.  Who knows, you might just become part of the show!

Tuesday, April 28 at 5:00 p.m. The Stars at Night are Big & Bright… and They’re Better with Boots and BBQ

Get ready for some relaxing good times and good eats on Tuesday!  We’ll take a scenic bus ride from the hotel to the infamous Salt Lick, located in the Austin Hill Country.  Our festivities will take place at the Salt Lick’s Pecan Grove, which shows off the natural beauty of Texas in a simply surreal atmosphere.  We’ll enjoy the scenery, play some horseshoes, corn hole and washers, eat delicious BBQ (vegetarian options available too!), and dance the night away with The Spazmatics!
