e-Government Programme Governance – Provides the interface with the business to co-ordinate demands, programme management, establishment and running of the PMO, progress monitoring, risk and issue management, programme planning and service prioritisation.

Enterprise Architecture & Design Group – establishment of an enterprise level design authority. Developing and maintaining enterprise conceptual models and technical and process design standards to guide and assess delivery. Engaging in QA activity to ensure quality of delivery.

Senior Supplier - Manages supply of technical services to the Programme in a delivery model where multiple technical strands maybe delivered by different Partner organisations. Responsible for ensure the technical quality of the delivery.
