Q : What is a bi-monthly replenishment order?A : Your bi-monthly replenishment order is the products you have selected in your PC Perks cart. These products must total at least $80 at Preferred Customer pricing. The items in your cart will ship to you every 60 days. You can update your cart at any time.

Q : How do I edit my PC Perks order?A : To manage your PC Perks account, visit your Consultant’s Personal Website or www.rodanandfields.com, enter your username and password in the upper right corner, and click “My Account.” Edits made until the day prior to your order ship date will be reflected in your next order. Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Q : Where do I find my next ship date?A : Log in to your Consultant’s Personal Website orwww.rodanandfields.com, enter your username andpassword in the upper right corner, and click “My Account.” Next, click “Edit Order.” Your next ship date will be displayed above the Shipping and Billing addresses.

Q : What do I do if my credit card is declined?A : You will receive an e-mail from our PC Perks customer service team letting you know that we were not able to process your order and requesting that you update your PC Perks billing information. We will automatically reprocess your order in five business days.

Q : How do I contact my Consultant?A : When logged in to your Consultant’s Personal Website, click on the gray bar at the top of every page with the Consultant’s information. Once you click on the gray bar, you’ll see her/his contact information on the left-hand side of the page in a blue box.
