HOW TO BOOKIN PERSON

No exchanges and no refunds for unwanted tickets. If a performance is sold out, we will endeavour to re-sell your returned ticket. There is a £2 charge per ticket and resale cannot be guaranteed.

TICKET EXCHANGE AND RESALE

Concessionary prices apply to: 16s and under; students in full-time education; over 60s; retirees; visual and hearing impaired people; disabled people in receipt of benefits; those claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance; Active Trafford pass holders. Buy 10 tickets, get the 11th free. (Most shows; ask Box Office.)

To collect tickets on the evening of a show, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start. Please bring the card you used to pay for your tickets as proof of ID.

For seated events you can request another ticket to be printed and collected on the day of the event. ID is required and there is a £2 charge per duplicate ticket. We regret we are unable to reissue tickets for unreserved or standing events.

Waterside is a fully accessible venue, with a ramp to the entrance and wheelchair spaces in the theatre. Wheelchair users and hearing and visually impaired patrons can book a concessionary ticket for a companion. Please mention when booking. Some standing shows have a limited number of seats. Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.
