Agapi Markogiannakis

Agapi Markogiannakis is an engaging and vibrant facilitator, with over 20 years experience in the corporate sector, facilitating and designing training and development programs. She has been recognised and sought after for her facilitation style, her ability to engage others in learning, and to inspire them to apply their learning to enhance performance. Agapi is a well-rounded business professional who has not only operated as a consultant to various industries in leadership and management development, but also has proven experience as a company director. Since 2001 she has been a director of a manufacturing and import enterprise with an offshore division employing over 70 staff. She has experience establishing and managing large contracts with government and non-government organisations. She has been an independent consultant to a range of organisations, and designed and facilitated programs particularly in the areas of Leadership and Management, Change Management, Interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork and team building, and personal effectiveness for over fourteen years. She has also held senior leadership and management development positions with ANZ (1989 1998).

Agapi has delivered excellence across many client portfolios including AMP, ANZ, Nike Australia, Telstra, Deakin Australia, Australian Institute of Banking, Caltex, Bendigo Bank, Department of Treasury & Finance, Department of Premiere and Cabinet, Unilever Foods, RACV, Members Equity, Powercorp, Esanda, Bendigo Bank, Powercor, various Government departments, and RACV. She has a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) with Melbourne University graduating in 1991 and is a registered Teacher in Victoria. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Deakin University. She has been an employed as a Tutor for Monash University for the Bachelor of Business Degree. She is an accredited practitioner in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, TMI and Situational Leadership. She is a Member of Australian Institute of Management.
