Have purchased from Mayfran in the last 12 months any of the following:

• Mayfran equipment • Mayfran field service • $400K in Mayfran belts and/or parts

Equipment was installed by Mayfran qualified installers

Currently enrolled in Mayfran’s inspection program (semiannual or annual)

Customer has existing contract with Mayfran for preventive maintenance

MAYFRAN LOYALTY PROGRAM

Select customers who qualify for the Mayfran Loyalty Program can receive Mayfran field service, inspection services and/or preventive maintenance at discounted rates.

Customers who match any one of the below criteria qualify as VIP Loyalty Program members. Customers who match any three of the criteria or who have purchased more than $2M of Mayfran equipment in the past 12 months qualify as VIP Elite members.

Every Mayfran product is backed by our comprehensive service commitment, including preventive maintenance, auditing services, troubleshooting and additional services—all available to you for the lifetime of the product. Our highly certified, dedicated professionals can quickly help diagnose and resolve issues, so you can avoid downtime.

Application Assessment. Whether you need modifications done to existing equipment or need new equipment, Mayfran will help ensure that you have the correct products and services for your application.

Troubleshooting. Our experts assess and fix equipment issues.

Installations. We know our products inside and out, and guarantee that your equipment is installed correctly for optimized operations.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Basic. Includes visual inspection of conveyor belt, drive, frame and guarding.

Basic Plus. Includes Basic package, along with visual inspection of drive sprocket, drive chain, head and tail shafts; temperature readings of bearings, motor and reducer; plus drive amp reading. If accessible, we also provide a video of tracks and sprocket keyways.

Premium. Includes Basic Plus package along with Basic PM Service.

For every $10K spent on Mayfran belts and/or parts, you can receive $200 off the cost of inspection.

EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS

Basic PM Service. Includes conveyor belt adjustments (tensioning), drive chain/belt adjustments, conveyor lubrication points and addressing loose or missing belt retainer cotter pins or nuts.

Basic Plus PM Service. Includes conveyor belt lubrication, greasing of conveyor belt rollers and bearings, gear box lubrication and drive sprocket alignment adjustments.

Our comprehensive inventory is always available when needed. Customers can obtain the stock parts within 24 hours in North America. Nonstock parts are manufactured in-house for highly efficient lead times and delivery, and purchased parts can be expedited to meet your demands.

Air Knives to prevent chip carryback. Also can be used to disperse coolant from chips.
