Africa Meet Africa Conference & Expo will host a welcoming dinner for all its delegates on the first day of theConference as well as a closing dinner on the last day of the conference. The dinner will be a useful networkingfilled with entertainment and high level speakers to inspire the delegates. This is a perfect platform for our sponsor to be made visible throughout. Both dinners will bear the name of the sponsor, Sponsor banners and advertising will be throughout the dinner hall. Sponsor will be given a platform to address the audience.

The Business & Internet Centre is strategically located next to the Organisers Office within the exhibition hall. You will have full branding rights of this area and would able to offer a range of services to all participants.

Considering the early hotel check out times and the large amount of luggage and marketing material that all participants bring to and carry around the exhibition, we will be offering this coat & luggage facility to make it possible for participants to book in their coats and/or luggage while attending the exhibition. Good quality conference bags have a life span long beyond one exhibition. This enables your brand to travel and be recognised locally and internationally for many months ahead.

All visitors and exhibitors will receive an eco-friendly AMACE bag on arrival - authentically made in South Africa. The official bag sponsor will benefit from co-branding on these bags. Approximately 1500 bags will be produced for visitors and 400 bags will be produced for exhibitors. Please note that the bag design still needs to be finalised.

LEAD PADS

Cost to Sponsor: R20 000.00 Exposure Value: R50 000.00

All registered exhibitors will receive a lead pad and pen as part of their packs. Additional stock will be kept at the organisers office and business centre should additional lead pads be required. 2000 lead pads and pens will be produced and branded with the AMACE logo and the sponsor’s logo.

Full artwork including a high resolution logo to be supplied by the sponsor when booking this opportunity.

LANYARDS

All exhibitors and visitors will be given a sponsored lanyard to wear throughout the Conference.Both the sponsor’s logo and the Africa Meet Africa(AMACE) logo will be printed on the lanyards.

We will produce 2500 visitor lanyards and 600 exhibitor lanyards. Should you have stock of lanyards that you would like to provide, the sponsorship rate can be negotiated.

2 Lunches will be served to all delegates attending the Africa Meet Africa Conference.In support for sponsorship for lunch for all conference attendees, we will provide the following:—Posters - 20 x 30 theme posters with logo: four of them to be placed as follows: one at the registration desk, one in the exhibitor hall, one at the entrance of the general session, one in the lobby—Ad with company logo in color placed in the Conference Proceedings Manual—Mention of sponsorship at beginning of lunch/session—Mention of company sponsorship for lunch/session on Website for 3 months.

All exhibitor and visitor registrations will be done online, therefore all AfricaMeet Africa participants will be visiting the official exhibition website either to register, update their profiles or schedule appointments in the online matchmaking system leading up to the exhibition. There are various areas available for banner website advertising: Home Page, Exhibitor Registration Page, Visitor Registration Page, Online Diary Page, Exhibitor and Visitors Zone

Your company logo or banner will be highly visible for a 1 month period leading up to and during the exhibition on the following website: www.iba-gobalexpo.com. Each banner will remain static for a few seconds before rotating with other advertisers. Banners will be viewed a few times while participants view their relevant information.

OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE

The official exhibition catalogue is distributed freely to all attendees at Africa Meet Africa as it is a reference guide for the exhibition layout and the exhibitor listing. It is an effective advertising medium and is constantly used by visitors to gain more information on exhibitors.

2000 copies of the exhibition catalogue will be produced and distributed at Africa Meet Africa Conference 2011

PLASMA SCREEN ADVERTISING

A limited number of public address announcements are made during the exhibition. All events and functions are advertised and announced on the plasma screens strategically located around the exhibition. Advertising slots are available in 5sec, 15sec and 30sec adverts, static or animated video (without audio). Each advert will be displayed approximately 400 times daily.

If you are interested in advertising on the plasma screens, please let us know and we will tailor make a package that suits you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. While every effort to ensure colour matching is made, the publishers cannot accept responsibility for errors. It is recommended that a proof is provided together with your material.

2. Material will only be accepted in ELECTRONIC Format. (See below for specific file formats). No positives will be accepted. The preferred format is a Press PDF.

3. Adverts must be in CMYK colour format and at least 300 DPI. (Should you be unsure of the resolution of your advert, please contact your advertising agency).

4. The publisher reserves the right to place adverts wherever they deem appropriate. 5. IBA lobal and Africa Meet Africa Conference & suppliers will not be held responsible for any bad

quality advertisements/ logos/artwork if not supplied in the requested format. 6. Advertising must be paid for in full prior to 23 November 2011. 7. Advertisers who fail to deliver material by the material deadline dates will be liable for 100% of

the advert costs and may not feature in the booked media. 8. When sending material electronically or by delivery please ensure the company name, marketing

contact, telephone and booking type are clearly marked. 9. Material supplied in the incorrect format will be changed by IB Global and such changes will
