Pre-Event Activities

Activities - Material pick up - Product setup rehearsal - Check out venue

Things to pick up - Inflatables: airtube, DJ Pod and inflatable furniture - Stationeries; Business cards, flyers, lanyard name tags - Access Passes to Africa Beach Polo @ Lekki

Tasks Breakdown - Collect Stationeries from Abuja-Lagos Motor park:

- flyers - business cards and - thank you note cards

- Collect Access passes - Contact Niyi Balogun of DSTv for these please

- Collect Stationeries from Bayo’s brother: - Flyers and - lanyard name tags

- Collect Inflatables from Yaba - 1 mr DJ Pod + fan + LED light strip - 1 Airtube with base and LED remote control - 4 inflatable furniture - 2 chairs, 1 rocking chair, 1 sofa and electric pump - 20m heavy duty extension cable - Adväns Inflatables printed logo, velcro strips and plan white RipStop nylon.

- Setup rehearsal - trial setup of the DJ Pod, airtube and at least two inflatable chairs

- Event venue check out - Please alias with Niyi Balogun (DSTv) on location details and as much as

possible, please visit the site to decide on the spot that will be allocated for you to set up.

- Spot check list: please ensure that

- The floor is well prepared and free of anything that can puncture the inflatables.

- The space given you is not restricted and is accessible to people who might want to chat to you about our products.

- You have easy access to power supply - There is space for your free movement in and out in the interest of

your own safety.

@ Event - Set up @ Event Venue

- Hook up to power supply; please ensure that the power used for fans and LED light is secure and tested and no other item is connected to the fans power lines.

- Prepare ground to sit structures and furniture on - Set up table or stand for flyers and visitor registration. - Inflate structures in turn, one at a time. - Remember to use lanyard name tags please

- Client Interaction - Mingle freely with other attendees. - Invite and welcome to visitors - Give out flyers only to interested visitors; we trust your judgement in

deciding who’s a serious enquirer or not - Share product information - use flyer, talking about sizes, fabric, capacity etc - Hardest contact details: Please ask interested parties to leave their details

in writing even if they leave business card.

- Take down - Please shake off all sand grains, stones, pebbles and hard wood clinging to

structures. - Ensure all structures are moisture-free and dry before you store them away.

Very important. - Carefully fold the structures back in their storage/carry bags please. - Please consult any product care manual and user guide provided.

Post-Event - Please clean up structures, ensuring they are dry and particle-free. - Pack up all structures in provided c=storage/carry bags - Collate all details collected. - Returns: Please return the following items to Mr Abba @ Yaba

- The inflatable electric blue sofa, hot pink rocking chair and DJ Pod - Retain: please hold on to and keep the following in your care:

- The airtube, the white-&-blue XL branded chair and hot Pink chair
