b. Use shortcut key F3 to create a new PV
Steps:(1) Payment voucher will be generated automatically and show your login
name in the new PV.(2) Click to select Vendor No., if the vendor has not been created before, please contact
Goretti Chui (HFC) at ext.636 to create.(3) Vendor Name will be appeared according to Vendor No.(4) Posting & Document Date will be generated automatically and should be on the same day.(5) Click to select your department code and area code, or type the code directly.(6) Click to select payment terms.(7) Type in the due date.(8) Click to select payment method code if it is different from the default.(9) If the payment is related to business trip expenses, please type in the approved BTA No.(10) Click to select the Job No.(11) Click to select the Position.(12) Revise the description if necessary, the description should include the relevant person,
place/vendor, purpose and date.(13) Position description cannot be amended in here, it is for your easy reference only.(14) Enter the Invoice No. which is provided by vendor.(15) Enter the Quantity.(16) Enter the Line Currency, you may select the type of currency from the list .

c. Log tab shows the creation user & date, Last Modify User & Date, Approver and approved date.
d. Press Print to print out the PV on green A4 paper after it is approved (the approved manager’s name will appear on the printout). Then, attached original invoice or supporting document and pass to FC department.

F. Business Trip Application (BTA)
Select Fiducia Toolbox > Business Trip Application
a. Use shortcut key “F3” to create a new PV
Steps:(1) BTA number will be generated automatically.(2) Click to select the staff who will be traveling.(3) Enter itinerary.(4) Enter no. of days traveling.(5) Click to select the department.(6) Enter contact number during business trip.(7) Enter the replacement staff.(8) Enter currency code.(9) Input the flight / transportation details.(10) Input the accommodation details if necessary.(11) Select expense type and amount.(12) Enter cash advance in details and email to FC Dept (Bruce Mou & Martin Li) for
arrangement.
