I, GIOVANNI GALDO ICAYAN, 36 years old, married, Filipino citizen and resident of Lower Jasaan, Cagayan de Oro City, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That I am the accused in People of the Philippines vs Icayan with CR-FMY Case No. 2015-273 for Violation of Sec. 10 (a) of R.A. 7610;

That the private complainant in this case is my son, James Paul S. Icayan;

That I fully understand the gravity of what I have done;

That I regret the incident hence I undertake not to threaten, inflict injuries and cause any harm to my children;

That I execute this Affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the foregoing facts.
