OurAerospaceMedicalAssociationisdiverse,with11constituentandover30affiliateorganizations,representingawiderangeofendeavorsandinter-ests,includingclinicalandbasicresearch,regulatoryandadministrativemedi-cine,humanperformance,andmanymore.Ourmembersaskthequestionsandseektheanswers.Ourmembersfindtheanswersandapplythemtotheaviator, theastronaut, the regulatorybody, themanufacturer.Ourmemberscontributetothegrowingbodyofscientificaerospaceknowledgeandleadusinscientificadvances.

CHALLENGES still exist in the Aerospace Medicine communities. HypoxiaproblemsassociatedwiththeF-22aircraft,fatigueissuesinaircrewandairtrafficcontrollers,mentalhealthissuesinflightcrews,humanfactorsprob-lemsinaviationandspaceoperationsallpointtochallengesinhealth,safety,andhumanperformanceforAerospaceMedicine.Wewillhavepresentationsfromdiverseexpertsthatwillenhancetheworld’sknowledgeandunderstand-ingofthecurrentchallengesinAerospaceMedicineandhowwecantransformthosechallengesintotomorrow’sopportunities.
