Dubai South – Al Maktoum International Airport Aviation Port Freezone Development Authority
VM International DWC-LLC was engaged by the office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Royal Family Trustee of the Al Maktoum Royal family to conduct a deep public relations, image and branding, conceptual and policy studies of a new freezone that will be developed that time along with the new Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), the biggest airport in the world and serves as the central core of the Dubai World Central.
in 2016, VMI successfully delivered the whitepaper and masterplan with specially designed human-conducive freezone governmental instrumentation terms of references to HH Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The new Al Maktoum International Airport is now Operational and is near completion of its Phase 2. The Dubai South DWC Freezone has been operating since 2017 and its residential and industrial parks are in heavy developments and construction.
The scope covered by VMI are risk analysis, risk management profiling, data analytics for air traffic, freight and cargo management, logistics, warehousing and airport facilities management master planning advisory to the Dubai South Authority and the Government of Dubai.
