3. The Manufacturer must permit CASA to inspect upon request its manufacturing facilities, QualitySystem and Production Inspection System (PIS), methods and procedures provided in AerobondPty Ltd Production Quality Manual Revision 1, dated October 2018 (or later approved revision).

4. Parts, appliances or services furnished by any suppliers located in a foreign country may not beused in the production of any product unless:

a. That part or service can and will be completely inspected for conformity at the authorisedmanufacturer's Australian facility; or

b. CASA has determined that the supplier's location places no undue burden uponc. CASA in administering the applicable airworthiness requirements; ord. The parts/services furnished by the foreign supplier are produced under the provisions of an

Australian Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement or Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement, andapproved for import to Australia in accordance with regulation 21.502 of CASR 1998.

5. SCOPE OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES

5.1 AERONAUTICAL PRODUCT MAINTENANCE Aerobond’s Approved Scope of Maintenance is defined by the Approval Certificate 1-TDR9X and this CASA Approved MOE. Capability Statement Aerobond is an approved Part 145 Maintenance Organisation, specialising in advanced composite, sheet metal and welding repairs, modifications and overhaul for aeronautical products. Work is carried out at Aerobond’s maintenance facility at Adelaide Airport with occasional work at Temporary Locations as determined by time or shipping constraints. As a Specialist Maintenance Organisation Aerobond is able to repair, modify or overhaul a broad range of aeronautical product. Technical Data, in the majority of instances, is supplied by the Customer and additional tooling or equipment is sourced if required. Codes have been used to list processes, methods or activities for each ‘C’ Rating. Additional detail regarding these activities has been included at 5.2.2 Special Processes Methods & Activities.

Conditions and Limitations:

1. In the event that the Aircraft Maintenance Manual or Component Maintenance Manual

does not define the ATA chapter of the component under maintenance Aerobond will carry

out work under the most relevant ATA Chapter.

2. Maintenance is carried out in accordance with TC, STC and OEM Manuals and Service Bulletins or Approved Technical Data as defined in MOE Section 11 Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness. 3. Repairs, modifications, inspections &/or testing of electrical/ avionics components may be carried out by a CASA approved individual or company under Aerobond’s Approval Certificate to enable complete release of a structural component by Aerobond.
