ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

Samrat Ashok Technological Institute, a

premier institute of the region was

established by Late Maharaja Jiwaji Rao

Scindia on November 1, 1960 with a

donation from Gangajali Trust fund. The

institute started with B.E. in CivilEngineering, Mechanical Engineering &

Electrical Engineering. The institute now

offers 9 full time and 6 Part-timeundergraduate courses leading to degree in

Bachelor of Engineering and 15

Postgraduate courses in the areas of

Engineering, Science and Management. It is

an autonomous institute, which is fully

funded by Government of Madhya Pradesh

and managed by the Maharaja Jiwaji Rao

Education Society chaired by Hon'ble

Shrimant Jyotiraditya M. Scindia. The

college campus is spread over an area of 85

acres of lush green land with naturalsurroundings.

PREAMBLE

Web Designing is the process of creating websites.

It encompasses several different aspects, including

webpage layout, content production, and graphic

design information architecture, user interface, site

structure, navigation. While the terms web

designing and web development are often used

interchangeably, web designing is technically a

subset of the broader category of web

development.In thiswe will learn about design, art,

technical issues, and best practices for beginning

and advanced Web designers. Topics covered will

include fundamentals of the web and creating a

web page using HTML and CSS; designing

standards-compliant web sites and pages using

Dreamweaver & Visual Studio for Web; targeting

web pages for different devices; creating web

forms; working with digital images using Adobe

Photoshop; and much more.

More than a million engineers and scientists in

industry and academia uses Web Designing. After

completion of course the trainers can go through

the utilities of Website designing work and have a

individual website of their own At the end of this

workshop, a competition will be organized among

the participating students where each participating

student will get Certificate of Participation and the

Winners will get Certificate of Merit.AIMS
