MINISTRY OF PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT AND REFORM INVITING TENDER FORREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR ENGAGEMENT OF NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRM(S) TO CARRY OUT

TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL AUDIT OF KACHHI CANAL PROJECT

1. Sealed tenders are invited for engaging national/international Chartered Accountant Firm(s) of A-Rated accreditation by State Bank of Pakistan to conduct a technical and financial audit of the Kachhi Canal Project. The eligibiltiy criteria along with detailed terms and conditions are available in the bidding documents. The bidding documents are available on PPRA website and Planning Commissions website.

2. Last date for submission of sealed bids is December 19, 2014 at 03:00 PM and technical bids will be opened on the same date at 04:00 PM in the presence of representatives who choose to attend.

3. A Pre-bid conference will be convened on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 02:00 PM in the Ministry of Planning, Development and Reform, P-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad to answer qurries if there are any. All eligible/interested firms are invited to attend the pre-bid conference.
