Manufactured by Samsung Electro-Mechanics these ceramic capacitors can be used in high frequency

applications. Consisting of a ceramic body and an electrode made of copper and plated with nickel

and tin. The main benefit of these capacitors is that there is no change in capacitance over the

temperature range and time,have high efficiency and less power consumption. With High-Q and low

ESR characteristics they are mainly used for impedance matching in RF circuits.

the new IQXV-80 and IQXV-81 series LVPECL/LVDS Voltage Controlled Crystal

Oscillators (VCXOs) to their range. Low-Voltage Positive Emitter-Coupled
