Future Plans: I am engaged in mentoring young faculties, teaching International Relations in different colleges of Delhi University. In span of four years, Two books have already been published from Sage and Third one is accepted for publication. The purpose is to give new direction to Indian academics by creating knowledge from Global South perspective and contribute towards decolonising the discipline of International Relations. By training faculties for creative writing from global South perspective, i intend to give back to academics so that young scholars get encouraged to produce quality research and Indian academics gets its space at global level. That would be true democrastisation of the discipline and would be enriching experience for scholars
