High Encoding Quality and Bandwidth Efficiency

look-ahead technologies and IntelliSight™ transrating technology, which

dynamically maintains optimized video quality with limited bandwidth.

Scientific-Atlanta's IP Video headend solution includes everything from

acquisition (signal reception from satellite, off-air, cable or other networks)

to descrambling, transrating, MPEG2 and MPEG4-10 (and optional VC1)
