Step 4: Get Zero Touch Deployment and Provisioning with ADTRAN ACESInstallation and Maintenance The hosted communications solution kit is designed to provide an easy path to deploying hosted service offerings. ACES is the mechanism delivering zero touch hosted services. ACES installation offers onsite professional technicians to handle all the customer’s needs on the ADTRAN NetVanta routers or gateways, as well as the Polycom SoundStation and SoundPoint IP conference anddesktop phones.

ACES installation service includes:n Project management to coordinate and monitor the installation processn Reviewing and validating the application in which the equipment will be usedn Pre-configuring, staging and testingn Connecting equipment to the network then loading configuration and software imagesn Provisioning phones to the BroadSoft soft switchn Demonstrating network connectivity and operation of applications to end user

The ACES maintenance service offered in this kit is 7x24x4 On-Site which includes:n Telephone contact with a Technical Support Engineer within 30 minutes of the time that a customer service call is received by the ADTRAN Customer Care Center.n 4-hour coverage guarantees arrival of an ADTRAN representative within four hours.n 4-hour coverage guarantees delivery of replacement equipment within four hours.n The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will configure the replacement unit. If no backup configuration is available, the FSE will attempt to configure the unit based on information provided by the customer.n All on-site coverage includes transportation of replaced equipment back to ADTRAN.
