Reading of Agenda

Resolved: Agenda for the meeting on 24 June 2014 approved without modification.

Business

● Motion from Patricia Henry: To have a brief introduction by all the club members.

Vote: Motion carried.

Resolved: All the club members took turn to introduce themselves briefly to the other

members.

● Motion from Christine Yong: To set up the leadership board and committee members for

the club.

Vote: Motion carried.

Resolved: An organizational chart was formed after the club members had selected the

club leaders and committee members through voting.
