Appropriateness of Leadership Style
Implemented
Effectiveness Mistakes
EFFECTIVENESS Great will
Ability to meet his goals
To manipulate people to achieve a vision.
Hitler’s effectiveness is his ability to manipulate people into thinking that he was their friend (or at least not a threat) in order to achieve his goals
MISTAKES Not having sound moral judgment and
allowing personal interests to dictate his
governments’ actions
Not trusting his subordinate’s judgment in
their own sections of expertise.
Being overtly authoritarian
HITLER’S DEATH
He committed suicide as they were losing the
war against Russians.
He and his wife consumed cyanide pills and to
be very safe with it he also shot himself.
His body was buried under the bunker he was
staying and was later found by the Russians 10
years later.
I THINK EVERY GIRL’S DREAM IS TO FIND A BAD BOY AT THE RIGHT
TIME , WHEN HE WANTS TO NOT BE BAD ANYMORE…
-ADOLPH HITLER, ON WOMEN
CONCLUSION
Though twisted man was a brilliant, charismatic
leader
His accomplishments as a leader must be regarded
as great
The style proved to be very successful when
referring to the definition of leadership that we
have been concerned with this term.
