DESCRIPTION
Adoberies: RESET starts through an intensive study of urban planning, considering the potentiality of the area in order to re-activate and re-incorporate this abandoned space and become this district as a new hub of economic, cultural, educational and sustainable. The interventions of rehabilitation in this patrimonial building are limited to the tectonic coherence and austerity that project requires, being strict with the historical past, and social equity, in addition to the pre-existing structure and materiality. The project puts emphasis on the organization of R & D program, linking students and companies, and relationships between different users of the hub and its appropriation of collective spaces.
