All Saints Church of England Primary School

HMB were delighted to have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinator’s for the construction of a new Primary School in Peterborough. The Project was phased to enable the continued occupation and expansion of the school.

Despite the difficulties of a restricted site, a narrow access and the challenging economic environment, thanks to a good team approach by the Design Team and the Contractors the project was successfully completed on budget and the finished school certainly is impressive.

Malvern College New Science Department

HMB were delighted to be Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators on the magnificent new Science Department at Malvern College. Significant difficulties including buried asbestos were overcome to produce a ‘state of the art’ facility including a new Lecture Theatre and stunning Science Laboratories

Re-roofing, Beam Hall, Corpus Christi College

HMB were pleased to be appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the re-roofing and repair to windows and elevations at Beam Hall, a Grade II listed building.

The project programme was very tight with the College requiring occupation for the start of the new academic year.

This was achieved by a very efficient procurement and appointment procedure whilst still obtaining competitive tenders using a full Bills of Quantities and fully designed details.

On site a collaborative approach ensured that all participants worked to ensure the successful completion of the project on time.

Bupa Dental Project

HMB continued their relationship with Bupa and provided Quantity Surveyor Services on a number of Dental Surgeries including Mortimer Street (London), Bristol and Waltham Abbey.

We were delighted to have provided Quantity Surveying and CDM Coordinator Services for the refurbishment of Robins & Day’s Chelmsford Dealership to the New Peugeot Corporate Specification.

william Law school, Peterborough

HMB were happy to continue our close relationship with the Diocese of Peterborough and Grayling Thomas Architects. This project successfully delivered two new modern classroom spaces for the school, with the addition of an external timber decked stage to the existing playground. No disruption was caused to the running of the primary school.
