Thank you so much for offering to contact the Dean of the Board of Executive Directors, Dr. Merza Hasan. I spoke with a staffmember in the Kuwait and Egypt ED's office, and found out that Dr. Hasan was on travel, and then contacted the rest of the Executive Director’s offices to request them to ensure the Global Debt Facility was represented by its legal counsel at the upcoming spring meetings. The secretariat for the meetings hung up on me, refused to provide me with a badge, and finally I was asked to send an email to a Mr. Bonaker, whom I was told worked in the International Monetary Fund and could assist me in getting a security badge for the Spring Meetings. The following day Mr. Bonaker informed me that my email had not arrived in the email account that he had provided to me, (IMFGUESTS@IMF.ORG). I faxed Mr. Bonaker at the fax number that he gave me. When Mr. Bonaker did not provide confirmation that the security badge was going to be issued, I called the IMF today. The IMF security office claimed that there were too many Bonakers who work at the IMF to transfer a call to him today. This is when all of the gold monetary reserves are owned by the Global Debt Facility.
