OUTCOMESUsing data to set performance
targets in our current evaluation model as we transition to the new plan, looking specifically at how
we set objectives and the importance of feedback from the final evaluation in establishing student outcome objectives.
Develop an understanding of what the research says about providing
effective feedback to teachers regarding practice, so there is consistency in how we provide feedback to those for whom we
evaluate. To practice and prepare using the IPAD and Observation 360 for our learning walks (please update the
PD 360 App prior to coming - there was a recent update).
Introducing the Connecticut's pilot leadership evaluation plan,
System for Educational Evaluation and Development (SEED), with a focus on the state's model on set student outcomes objectives for leaders and the alignment to the school and district improvement
process.
