Victoria Ocampo, Elizabeth Lipura, Maryann Cayanan, Ma. Cecilia Getrudes Salvador, Zenaida Geronimo, Virginia Galang, Elsa Garnett, Amor Abad, Emelina San Miguel, Maxima Sayo, Romer Aviles, Froilan Robert Tomas, Norman Garcia, Dennis Echegoyen and Noel Labid engaged in "syndicated corruption" are still pending at DOJ and SC as of today. These 4 judges and 70 court employees failed to controvert all the administrative complaints against them despite notice before the OCA as of today. The criminal complaints against them are uncontroverted by 4 judges while the 70 court employees invoked lack of jurisdiction and lack of personal knowledge of facts of complainant still pending for resolution by DOJ.
