IMAGE 718-719 - BONDKNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WE, Daniel Sanders, & Daniel WhiteAre held and firmly bound unto the honorable the Court of Ordinary, for the county of Putnam and state of Georgia, in the just and full sum Three Thousand dollars, which payment well and truly to be made, we and each of us do bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 20th day of June 1821.

The condition of this obligation is such, that if the above bound Daniel Sanders administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of William Hardin deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said administrator or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit to the Court of the Ordinary, when thereunto required, and such goods, chattels, and credits do well and truly administer according to law, and do make a true and just account of his actings and doings therein when required by the Court aforesaid; and all the rest of the goods, chattels and credits, which shall be found remaining upon the account of the administrator, the same being first allowed by the said Court, shall deliver and pay to such persons respectively or are entitled to the same by law; and if it shall hereinafter appear that any last will and testament was made by the said deceased, and the executors obtain a certificate of the probate thereof, and the said administrator, do in such case, if required, render and deliver up said letters of administration, then this obligation to be real, rise to remain in full force and virtue.
