How do I access the Admin Console?

You can login to the Console from within the Lua app by clicking on your name/photo at the top right the selecting “Admin Console” from the dropdown. You can also access it by visiting admin.getlua.com and entering your email address and password.

Can I grant other members of my network Admin privileges?

Yes, the Console allows Admins to grant Admin privileges to other members. This gives them access to the Console, to the Insights dashboard, the ability to control Broadcasts, and the ability to manage members and Groups. You can also remove Admin status from existing Admins. This removes Admin privileges without removing access to Lua, so Admins who have their status removed can still communicate with colleagues through Lua.

Can I access the Admin Console on my mobile device?

Yes. The Console is accessible through your web browser on any mobile device. For even faster access, bookmark admin.getlua.com as an icon shortcut on your phone home screen.

What does each member profile within the Admin Console show me?

Each member profile shows the individual’s name, title, department, photo, login email, and phone number associated with Lua. Admins can grant Admin privileges to a member, initiate a force logout from the Lua account, or deactivate/reactivate that member. Admins can also monitor each individual’s Lua activity across the different platforms.

Who has access to the Admin Console?

Only members with Admin privileges will have access to the Console. For access to the Console, please contact the Admin in your network to be granted status.

What is Expiring Messages?

This feature allows you to set a length of time that a message lives. After that time, the message is removed from all devices. You can set this length of time to anything. Admins can request audits of their messages within compliance of HIPAA regulations.

What Single Sign-On protocols are supported?

Lua supports SAML 2.0-based SSO for direct authentication against Microsoft Active Directory or any LDAP-compatible server or identity access management providers.

What if someone loses their device?

To protect your data, you can easily remote wipe only the Lua application from a phone. You can also force any user to logout or force password resets across your organization if necessary.
