C -26 Project subsea pipeline approx. 60 kms. and 6 topside modifications.

Daman field development Project - EPCIC of 5 well head platforms installation, topside modification on 2 platforms and approx. 102 Kms pipe lay in various segments.

PRP4 pipe lay and topside modification project – 235 kms. pipe lay in various segments and topside modification.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Lead team of HSSE professionals involved in 3 offshore construction and modification projects for a national oil company.

Accountable for overall HSSE management and implementation in India operations.

Set, communicate and regularly monitor HSSE targets and objectives for India operations in line with corporate goals and projects requirements.

Lead HSSE committee meetings and facilitate HSSE management system review meetings.

Regular monitoring of HSSE plans at various levels.

From Jul 2012 To Aug 2015 Worked with Swiber Offshore Construction Pte. Ltd, Singapore with HSSE manager as last position. Summary of experience: - I was based at company headquarters in Singapore for the above mentioned period. During this period, I was involved in HSSE management at both corporate and project levels. I was assigned as HSSE lead for projects critical to the company and client. At corporate office played key role in carrying out HSSE management system gap analysis and development of new systems to improve overall HSSE management system in the company. For key projects I was temporarily based at the project locations both onshore and offshore whereas rest of the projects were supported from Singapore office with site visits as and when needed.

Project Details

Projects worked as full time HSSE manager: -

PTTEP Myanmar - Zawtika Offshore Pipeline Installation project, - Installation of 28” x 230 km gas export pipeline including beach pull operation.

TOTAL Indonesia - Sisi Nubi Phase 2B & Peciko Phase 7B Development Project – Transportation and installation of 1 Quadripod and 2 tripod jackets, topsides and associated subsea pipeline installation.

PHEONWJ (PERTAMINA) Indonesia - Transportation and installation of jacket, topside and 30 kms. 10” pipeline including beach pull operation.

TOTAL Austral, Argentina – Vega Project – Transportation and installation of Jacket, topside and Subsea pipeline – 24” dia. with 4” dia. piggyback line.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for project HSSE management as per contract requirements and international best practices.

Responsible to communicate project HSSE objectives and targets to the project team including subcontractors.

Periodically review HSSE performance and report to the client and Sr. management.

Carry out HSSE management system gap analysis to identify the gaps and bridging documents between contractor and subcontractor HSSE managements systems as well as contractor and client HSSE management systems.
