Sealed Bid Due Date and Time: November 7, 2017 @ 2:00 p.m. THIS ADDENDUM IS BEING ISSUED BY THE ARCHITECT WITH THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE PWCS PURCHASING OFFICE TO ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS WHO ATTENDED THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE ON OCTOBER 17, 2017 AND HAVE ACQUIRED THE DOCUMENTS FROM THE ARCHITECT. THIS ADDENDUM WILL BE PUBLICLY POSTED BY THE PWCS PURCHASING OFFICE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY PWCS IS OPEN. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES, ADDITIONS, DELETIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS ARE HEREBY MADE PART OF THE BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT AND SHALL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN THE PREPARATION OF ALL BIDS AND THE EXECUTION OF ALL WORK. BIDDERS SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM IN THE APPROPRIATE SPACE ON THE BID FORM. page 20, in paragraph 11.4.4.1.3, delete “*CHOOSE FROM OR ADD TO THIS LIST*” and delete “Masonry” and delete “All subcontractors whose portion of the Work exceeds ____ Dollars ($____.00)” and add “Reinforced Concrete / Shoring”.
1.3 Specification Section 01010, PWCS – SUMMARY OF WORK AND GENERAL PROVISIONS, on page 01010/1, paragraph 1.2.B, change the dated for Kindergarten & 2 story additions Substantial Completion from December 1, 2019 to December 1, 2018.
