ADDENDUM NO. 1

INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR

LUBRICANT AND FLUID SUPPLY

RFP NO.: 2018-SP-03 Date Issued: March 13, 2018

INSTRUCTIONS: (1) BIDDER is required to comply with this Addendum No. 1. (2) This Addendum No. 1 becomes a part of this Invitation for Bids. (3) BIDDER is required to acknowledge this Addendum No. 1 in the proper place on

the Certification and Statement of Qualifications form. (4) For additional information, please contact Sherrié Clay, Procurement

Administrator, or Anna Hinojosa, Director of Procurement, at (361) 289-2712. This Addendum No. 1 is issued to make the following changes and clarifications on IFB No. 2018-SP-03: 1. The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority “CCRTA” has provided

clarification on the following questions asked during the pre-bid conference held on

February 27, 2018:

1. The shop storage tank capacity for delivery into the operations shop is as

follows.

CNG-Oil Storage Tank 1,000 gallons Diesel-Oil Storage Tote 300 gallons Transmission Storage Tank 500 gallons Coolant Storage Tank 275 gallons Grease Supply 55 gallon drum

2. Clarification about the delivery method in Bulk or 55 gallon drums is as

follows:

It is up to the vendors to determine what method they will bring material

(Fluid) into the storage area and place the order into the storage tanks.

3. Section 1.4 HYDRAULIC FLUID listed in the Technical Specifications of the

IFB has been removed from the IFB.

Instead of Hydraulic Fluid, the CCRTA will use engine oil or

transmission fluid for the fleet services. No bid is required for supplying

a separate fluid (Hydraulic Fluid).

4. Clarification of Section 1.6 DIFFERENTIAL/REAR AXLE FLUID: listed in the

Technical Specifications of the IFB is as follows:

Year’s One and Two.
