Traditions Dr. Bryan, TX 77807 Addendum B UNILATERAL MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY Effective July 18, 2016, Woodbolt Distribution, LLC d/b/a Nutrabolt® (“NUTRABOLT”) has unilaterally adopted this Minimum Advertised Price Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “MAP Policy” or the “Policy”), which shall apply to all dealers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, including internet retailers (collectively, “Resellers”) that resell Nutrabolt’s branded products, which are advertised, marketed and sold using Nutrabolt’s valuable copyrighted materials and trademarks, including but not limited to CELLUCOR®, ROYAL SPORT TM , and FITJOY® branded products (collectively, the “Products”) to end users located in the United States. NUTRABOLT has adopted this MAP Policy to preserve its strong reputation for providing customers with both high quality Products and strong after-sales support. NUTRABOLT greatly values the efforts of all Resellers in their distribution of NUTRABOLT Products and in providing excellent after-sales promotion and support for the Products. This Policy only affects advertised prices and does not limit the ability of a Reseller to independently set its’ actual sales prices. This policy applies uniformly to all authorized retailers and authorized distributors of the Products. The terms of our MAP Policy are as follows: 1. The MAP Policy shall apply to the Products listed in Exhibit A, the Minimum Advertised Price list (“MAP list”), included at the end of this document. Minimum advertised prices under the Policy are established by NUTRABOLT for selected Products and may be adjusted by NUTRABOLT from time to time, at its sole discretion, as more fully described in Section 8 below. 2. NUTRABOLT’S MAP Policy does not apply in any way to a Reseller’s actual selling prices. Rather, the sales prices for any and all Products remain wholly within the Reseller’s discretion. Further, NUTRABOLT does not ask for, nor will NUTRABOLT accept, a Reseller’s agreement or assent to NUTRABOLT’S unilateral MAP Policy. 3. The MAP Policy applies to all advertisements of selected Products in any and all media, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, internet or similar electronic media, including websites, e-mail newsletters, e-mail solicitations, television, radio, and public signage. Prices for the Products below what is indicated in the MAP list may not appear in any online search tool where Reseller’s website is linked as the source. The MAP Policy is not applicable to any in-store advertising that is displayed only in the store and not distributed to any customer. In-store displays, point of-sale signs, hangtags or bar codes or similar marks on Products or Product packaging which merely state the price are not considered “advertising” for purposes of this MAP Policy. For the purposes of this Policy, the definition of “advertising” prices on internet sites includes, without limitation, displaying a price for any Product, together with a picture, description or listing of the Product. It also includes a Product price displayed on a “checkout” or “shopping cart” page. 4. Bundling or including a free or discounted Product with another Product covered by this MAP Policy is not inconsistent with this Policy.

UNILATERAL MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY

Effective July 18, 2016, Woodbolt Distribution, LLC d/b/a Nutrabolt® (“NUTRABOLT”) has unilaterallyadoptedthis MinimumAdvertisedPricePolicy(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“MAPPolicy”orthe“Policy”),whichshall apply to all dealers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, including internet retailers (collectively,“Resellers”) thatresellNutrabolt’sbrandedproducts,whichareadvertised,marketedandsoldusingNutrabolt’svaluable copyrightedmaterials and trademarks, includingbut not limited toCELLUCOR®,ROYALSPORTTM, andFITJOY®branded products(collectively,the“Products”)toenduserslocatedintheUnitedStates.

NUTRABOLThasadoptedthisMAPPolicytopreserveitsstrongreputationforprovidingcustomerswith

bothhighqualityProductsandstrongafter-salessupport.NUTRABOLTgreatlyvaluestheeffortsofallResellersin theirdistributionofNUTRABOLTProductsandinprovidingexcellentafter-salespromotionandsupportfortheProducts.ThisPolicyonlyaffectsadvertisedpricesanddoesnotlimittheabilityofaResellertoindependentlysetits’actualsalesprices.ThispolicyappliesuniformlytoallauthorizedretailersandauthorizeddistributorsoftheProducts.

ThetermsofourMAPPolicyareasfollows:1. TheMAPPolicyshallapplytotheProductslistedinExhibitA,theMinimumAdvertisedPricelist(“MAPlist”),included at the end of this document. Minimum advertised prices under the Policy are established byNUTRABOLTforselectedProducts andmaybeadjustedbyNUTRABOLTfromtimetotime,atitssolediscretion,asmorefullydescribedinSection8below.2. NUTRABOLT’SMAPPolicydoesnotapplyinanywaytoaReseller’sactualsellingprices.Rather,thesalespricesforanyandallProductsremainwhollywithintheReseller’sdiscretion.Further,NUTRABOLTdoesnotaskfor,norwillNUTRABOLTaccept,aReseller’sagreementorassenttoNUTRABOLT’SunilateralMAPPolicy.3. TheMAPPolicyapplies to alladvertisementsofselectedProducts inanyandallmedia, including, withoutlimitation,flyers,posters,coupons,mailers,inserts,newspapers,magazines,catalogs,mailorder catalogs,internetorsimilarelectronicmedia,includingwebsites,e-mailnewsletters,e-mailsolicitations, television,radio,andpublicsignage.PricesfortheProductsbelowwhatisindicatedintheMAPlistmaynotappearinanyonlinesearchtoolwhereReseller’swebsiteislinkedasthesource.TheMAPPolicyisnotapplicabletoanyin-storeadvertisingthatisdisplayedonlyinthestoreandnotdistributedtoanycustomer.In-storedisplays,pointof-salesigns, hangtagsorbarcodesorsimilarmarksonProductsorProductpackagingwhichmerelystate thepriceare notconsidered“advertising”forpurposesofthisMAPPolicy.ForthepurposesofthisPolicy,thedefinitionof“advertising” pricesoninternetsitesincludes,withoutlimitation,displayingapriceforanyProduct,togetherwitha picture,descriptionorlistingoftheProduct.ItalsoincludesaProductpricedisplayedona“checkout”or “shoppingcart”page.4. Bundlingorincludinga freeordiscountedProductwithanotherProductcoveredbythisMAPPolicyis notinconsistentwiththisPolicy.

5. If pricing is displayed in advertising, any strike-through or other alteration of the MinimumAdvertisedPriceisinconsistentwithourMAPPolicy.6. TheMAPPolicydoesnotaddressmaximumadvertisedprices. ItisnotinconsistentwiththisPolicyfor ResellerstoadvertiseProductsatanypriceinexcessoftheMAPestablishedforsuchProducts.Tobe consistentwiththePolicy,Internetauctionsmaynotdisplayorhavereservedbidorotheracceptable pricesbelowtheMAPprice.7. TheMAPPolicydoesnotinanywayaddressorlimittheabilityofanyResellertoadvertisethatthey “havethelowestprices”or“willmeetorbeatanycompetitor’sprice,”orthatconsumersshould“callfor aprice”orphrasesofsimilarimportaslongasanypriceadvertisedfortheProductsisnotlessthanthatindicatedintheMAPlist.8. FromtimetotimeNUTRABOLTmay,initssolediscretion,initiatepromotionsforProductscoveredbytheMAPPolicy. In this regard,NUTRABOLTmay initiate promotions covering Products that are being discontinuedorbecausetheyarejustbeingreleased.Insuchevents,NUTRABOLTreservestherightunderthePolicytomodifyorsuspendtheMAPPolicywithrespecttotheaffectedProductsbynotifyingallResellersinwritingofsuch changes.NUTRABOLTfurtherreservestherighttoadjusttheMAPPolicywith respecttoallorcertainProducts,initssolediscretion,atanytime,effectiveuponwrittennoticetoeach Resellers.NUTRABOLTmay,atanytimeandinitssole discretion, revise the minimum advertised price for any Product. Such revision or modification shall beeffectiveuponwrittennoticetoeachReseller.9. AReselleris,ofcourse,freetoadvertiseProductsatpricesitdetermines. However,NUTRABOLTreservestherighttoselectitscustomers. Therefore, incases inwhichNUTRABOLTdetermines, initssolejudgment,thataReseller’s advertising is inconsistentwithourMAPPolicy,wewill immediately providewritten notice of theinconsistency to theReseller. If after twenty-four (24)hours theReseller’s price advertising continues tobeinconsistentwithourMAPPolicy,NUTRABOLTwillsuspendtheacceptanceandfulfillmentoforders submittedbytheResellerforathirty(30)dayperiod.Ifattheendofthatthirty(30)dayperiod,the Reseller’sadvertisedpricingcontinuestobeinconsistentwiththeMAPPolicy,orshouldasubsequent inconsistencyoccurwithrespectto the Reseller’s advertisedpricingwithin twelve (12)months of the earlier inconsistency,NUTRABOLT shallterminateitsbusinessrelationshipwithsuchReseller.10. TheforegoingMAPPolicyandanyMAPProductListingsaresubjecttomodificationordiscontinuance byNUTRABOLT,initssoleandabsolutediscretion,inaccordancewiththenoticeprovisionssetforthinSection8.11. DistributororwholesalerResellersoftheProductsshallsupplycopiesofthecurrentversionoftheMAPPolicy toeachof theirneworexistingResellers. Uponreceiptofnotice fromNUTRABOLTthataReseller’ s advertised prices are inconsistent with this Policy, a distributor or wholesaler Reseller shall no longer beauthorizedtosupplyProductstosuchReselleruntilsuchtimeasNUTRABOLTadvisesthe distributororwholesalerResellerthatitmaydoso.12. NUTRABOLT recognizes that Resellers are free to make their own decisions to advertise and sell theProductsatanypricetheychoose,withoutconsultingoradvisingNUTRABOLT.Similarly,NUTRABOLTwillexerciseitsrighttomakeitsowndecisionsregardingauthorizedResellers,supplementalmarketingmaterials,point-of-purchase displays, product allocation, new product availability, or future promotional, joint marketing, orsponsorshipprograms.

WebelievethatourunilateralMAPPolicyisclearandunambiguous.Shouldyouhaveanyquestions regardingthisPolicy,however,pleasedirectthemtoyourdesignatedNUTRABOLTsalesrepresentative. No employeeorsalesrepresentativeotherthantheCEO,DossCunningham,hastheauthoritytomodifythisMAP Policyandanyactionofanyperson,whichclaimstomodifythisPolicyortosolicitorobtainthe agreementofanypersontothePolicy,isunauthorizedandinvalid.
