The System must create an audit trail for vehicles from the time of check-in through the time of check-out. (i.e., track the space a vehicle is parked in, the length of time a vehicle is parked, the time a vehicle retrieved, etc.) 2. Would the computerized parking valet system interface with the gateway provider? We would like financial reporting interface with Scheidt & Bachmann. 3. Who is Scheidt & Bachmann? Scheidt & Bachmann is the Airport’s public parking revenue control system provider. 4. Is Scheidt & Bachmann open to discuss interfacing? Yes 5. Who is the existing Service Provider? Are they bidding? Automated Valet Parking Manager LLC (AVPM). The Airport expects to receive a proposal from AVPM. 6. How many parking spaces will there be in the new deck that is being built adjacent to the existing deck? 8,000 total parking spaces between two decks. 7. In reference to Exhibit F section 2, Scope of Work, under this section you have this statement: Provide encrypted data transfer that is PCI compliant through a credit card gateway that is compatible with First Data Clearinghouse. The software must be PCI compliant or exempt from PCI compliance. Is this mandatory, an option or good to have? Mandatory 8. Could you please describe what it means to be "exempt from PCI compliance" and the rules and regulations on how to be "exempt from PCI compliance? To be exempt from PCI compliance the credit card device must be able to encrypt data and the software is not considered a payment processing software. 9. Is PCI Security Standards (https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/) organization the only standard you accept or you have other standards that you will accept? As referenced in Section 1.16 of the RFP, the Airport has rights and options. The City may evaluate and accept compliance to another credit card payment security standard if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
