This addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original documents dated February 1, 2017.

Modification to the documents include, but are not limited to:

Clarifications:

- For work at the building main entrance and north parking lot off 5th Street, contractor to maintain building access

by one of the following methods:

o Provide safe pedestrian access from 5th Street to the main entrance (automatic sliding door)

throughout the course of the project, or

o Phase work so when the porte cochere / main entrance is inaccessible the north parking lot and side

entrance are completely open and when the north parking lot and side entrance are closed, the main

entrance is free and clear to the street.

- For work in the corridors, common areas, and at the windows, the facility will remain operational during

construction. The facility has the capacity to vacate one side of a given corridor for 7-hour shifts or vacate up to

4 resident rooms at one time.

- Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 6PM.
