Sunday 20th November Arrive at 11am and Group Executive ChefMartin Hadden will share the secrets of theperfect pudding before guiding you through the different steps of his classic recipe in a workshop. Stir-up Sunday is the lastSunday before advent whentradition says it is time tomake your Christmas pudding.

Enjoy Christmas carols in the magical surrounds of our 13th century chapel, filled with candles and sparkle.

Performance dates in December: Sunday 11th, Friday 16th, Monday 19th

Lunch SeatingArrive at 11am for tea, coffee and festive nibbles in the chapel followed by the carol performance at 11.30am and a fine festive lunch at 12.30pm

Afternoon Tea SeatingArrive at 3.30pm for an indulgent afternoon tea followed by mulled wine in the chapel at 4.30pm and the carol performance at 5pm

Evening SeatingArrive at 7pm for sparkling drinks in the chapel followed by the carol performance at 7.30pm and a delicious three course festive dinner at 8.30pm

Guests will need to bring their arm muscles for some vigorous stirring as the scents of Christmas waft around… orange and lemon, cinnamon, treacle and brandy. And whilst enjoying a well-earned and delicious roast Sunday lunch, The Spread Eagle’s elves will carefully wrap and dress the puddings so that they are ready to be taken home to be cooked on Christmas Day. Cost: £40 per person - kids under 16 go free.

The Eton Place Christmas Quartet have sung in some of Britain’s top venues including the Royal Albert Hall, The Royal Opera House and Glyndebourne. The intimate setting and acoustics of the chapel brings a whole new dimension to their talent and beautiful voices.
