Thirty years of experience in developing offset printing presses of B3 (15 x 20 1/2 in) format has established a solid design foundation that has evolved into the ADAST 507 line of presses. ADAST 507 is available in two-, four- and five-color configurations with perfecting capabilities. Automation Affordable is available on all ADAST 507 models, including basic press functions such as Semi-automatic plate changer, blanket washer and the quick-adjust Perfector. Total Register Control is standard with tri-axis register; radial, axial, and diagonal / circumferential, lateral and skewing. Adacontrol Remote Inking Console is available with CIP3/4 compatibility.

HIGH QUALITY PRINT

Tri-axis register is a major element of qual-ity printing parameters. Add quality prepress preparation, chemistry and substrate, excellence in print quality is assured because of the perfect stability of extraordinarily rigid frame of the ADAST 507 Series presses. ADAMATIC DAMPENING

Adamatic Dampening system has motor driven dampening rollers with quick response ink/wa-ter balance adjustments. Dampening solution volume on the dampening roller is modulated by two oscillating rollers. Adamatic Dampening as-sures print stability, eliminates ghosting, reduces waste-sheets, and gives the printer higher qual-ity print dot reproduction.

PRESS AND PRE-PRESS AUTOMATION

The ADAST 507 Series presses with the ADA-CONTROL Inking Console and Automation Affordable are ready for today’s Pre Press devices such as CTP (Computer-to-Plate). Equipped with CIP3/4 interface to save time in setting the ink profiles and with fast semi-auto plate clamping calibrated for precise register. ADAST 507 Series presses fit the fast workflow demands of today’s market and produce print jobs faster, in high quality and more profitably securing for the printer a rapid return on his investment. The Perfector makes two color over two color printing quicker, easier and more profitable.

QUICK MAKE READY

Quick make-ready is achieved through Standard features such as tri-axis register with on-the-run skewing (diagonal register), and vacuum feeder without any adjustment need-ed for paper size change and Optional features such as semi-automatic plate changer, and automated ink and blanket washer.

SAFETY AND CERTICIFATION

The ADAST 507 Series presses are certified by the Testing and Certification Centre for printing presses in Wiesbaden, Germany. ADAST is the only manufacturer of printing presses within the Czech Republic obtaining GS certifica-tion (Geprüfte Sicherheit). This certification confirms that the ADAST press is supplied in ac-cordance with all safety requirements, and that the press complies with EU regulations. This is represented by the CE mark. The ADAST factory has ISO 9001 certification.
