Actor’s agreement contractThis document confirms agreement that you will take part inThe Cognitive productions ‘Inside State’. This is the workingtitle and the final name of the film may change. This is a lowbudget production and we are keen to ensure that everyoneunderstands the basis upon which the film is being made. Ifthere is anything about this document that you do notunderstand or you wish us to clarify, please do not hesitate to contact us. 1) You agree to be available to work during the filming period during the months of February through until April.2) You agree to give over any rights you may have in the finished film to Cognitive. This will allow us to distribute the film in any and every way we can.3) You agree the right for Cognitive to submit any footage, images or details surrounding the project to OCR.4) We will do our best to ensure your health, safety and welfare during the Shoot.5) You agree that all participation is voluntary, and therefore unpaid.
