Children:• The distance between the pickets should be less than 4" – to prevent a child’s head from getting stuck.

• The distance between the rails should be greater than 24" – discourages children from climbing the fence.

• Choose a fence with soft edges and install latches out of arm’s reach – minimize the chance of injury and prevent children from opening the fence themselves.

• Be sure the height of your fence is at least 42" – keeping your children safe is a tall order.

Pets:

• Your fence should be at least 42" high – make sure Rover can’t jump over.

• The smaller your pet, the smaller the picket spacing should be.

Remember:For both children and pets, select self-closing hinges and self-latching gates. Keep them safe and keep them in.

TRANSFERABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

ActiveYards warrants its fencing products against defective materials

or workmanship for as long as the original homeowner/consumer

owns his/her home. If the original purchaser is a corporation,

partnership, government, public entity, or other commercial user,

the Warranty period shall be twenty (20) years from original purchase

date. ActiveYards warrants its fencing products against rotting,

peeling, chipping, cracking, flaking, splintering, corroding, rusting,

or abnormal discoloration under normal use, service, and care.

ActiveYards will, at its option, repair or replace the product in question

with new ActiveYards product of equivalent value at no charge.
