LOWER LIMB EXERCISERFUNCTION: Enhances the mobility of lower limbs and joints whilst improving heart and lung capacity.

INSTRUCTION: Sit upright and place back firmly into seat, hold handrail and commence gentle pedal action for 3-4 mins.

WAVE BALANCE FUNCTION: To help Improve the agility of the hand, wrist, arms, elbow and shoulder joints whilst stretching the waist and hips.

INSTRUCTIONS: Stand facing the unit, hold hoop with one hand, gently move to the side moving along the curve whilst keeping hips facing forward. Change hands and repeat in opposite direction.

RIGHT ARM EXERCISER FUNCTION: To strengthen and improve the flexibility of the right arm, lower spine, abdominal muscles and shoulders.

INSTRUCTIONS: Sit facing the unit, hold the bead with one hand, gently stretch up and down the runner whilst keeping hips facing forward. Repeat this movement as desired.

SHOULDER WHEEL FUNCTION: To strengthen and increase flexibility in the shoulder muscles, arms and wrists as well as improving hip and back flexibility.

INSTRUCTIONS: Stand facing the wheel, hold the handles, knees slightly bent, hips facing forward, core muscles engaged, turn the wheel clockwise and then anti-clockwise approximately 10-15 times.

HAND WHEEL FUNCTION: To improve flexibility, agility and strengthen elbow and wrist joints.

INSTRUCTIONS: Stand facing the unit, hold the hand grip with one hand. Rotate the wheel clockwise then anti-clockwise. Repeat this movement as desired.

STEPPER FUNCTION: To strengthen legs, lower back and stomach muscles. Improves cardio fitness and helps with lower body co-ordination. Improves the agility of these joints whilst boosting circulation.

INSTRUCTIONS: Stand facing the unit, hold bar with both hands, gently lift one leg onto step followed by the other and then back down. Repeat movement as desired.
