Action plan for aborigines Objective - To provide programmes or activities and the need of incentive in rural areas. Target groups: 1. Pre- School (5-6 years) - The purpose of pre-school education is to provide a solid foundation prior to formal education. It is to enable children aged 5 + years strong foundation to education and other skills in preparation for primary school. 2. Low Level (7-12 years) · to provide a solid foundation in Reading, Writing and Counting; thinking skills, basic concepts of science, art and recreation and the application of the values he stressed the pre-school and primary levels is fundamental to the development and expansion domain of cognitive, affective, and in line with the National Education Philosophy. 3. Secondary (13-18 years) - The focus is on critical thinking and creative with a focus on public education in years 7- 8 schools so that every student gets exposure to different fields of knowledge. 4. Tertiary level -At this stage, Tertiary education should be able to develop the minds of Aboriginal children to be more critical, creative and innovative and to develop the community and country in global competition. 5. Dropouts level

Action plan for aborigines

Target groups:

1. Pre- School (5-6 years) - The purpose of pre-school education is to provide a solid foundation prior to formal education. It is to enable children aged 5 + years strong foundation to education and other skills in preparation for primary school.

2. Low Level (7-12 years) · to provide a solid foundation in Reading, Writing and Counting; thinking skills, basic concepts of science, art and recreation and the application of the values he stressed the pre-school and primary levels is fundamental to the development and expansion domain of cognitive, affective, and in line with the National Education Philosophy.

3. Secondary (13-18 years) - The focus is on critical thinking and creative with a focus on public education in years 7- 8 schools so that every student gets exposure to different fields of knowledge.

4. Tertiary level -At this stage, Tertiary education should be able to develop the minds of Aboriginal children to be more critical, creative and innovative and to develop the community and country in global competition.

5. Dropouts level· Priority will be given to youth who have dropped out from school and the parents who never went to school so that they are aware of the importance of education. · Exercises appropriate skills with their interests and abilities will be introduced so that they can enter the labor market and employment opportunities.

6. Adult Group: Women ¨ for this category of programs such as the Aboriginal Women Drivers, Family Welfare Program, Training, Skills Training and Entrepreneurship will be implemented.

All levels ¨ for this category, skill training, entrepreneurship, development of mind, religion and spirituality as well as functional literacy education implemented. In addition, the program will be enhanced literacy to illiterate adults.

5. Implementation of the Action Plan.

Implementation of the Action Plan will be carried out by various government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), consultants, private sector and academia.

In carrying out this plan; Government Agencies involved with the program / project in the form of the provision of

educational infrastructure; NGO involvement was more focused on program / project change of mind; The Consultant will be involved with the program / project studies such as studies

evaluating the plans and study programs / projects implemented outsourcing.

Allocation. - In the implementation of this plan, an allocation of RM6, 171,000.00 needed for various

programs / projects. -

Challenge. Achievement and success of this plan depends on the following factors;

high commitment of the officers and agencies of the Aborigines; acceptance and active participation of indigenous peoples; To provide sufficient; Close cooperation and strong among the Ministries, Government Agencies, Non-

Governmental Organisations (NGOs), and private consultants.

Education Incentive Grant Scheme Aborigines Aid scheme is to assist Aboriginal students rated Primary, Secondary and Higher

Education Institutions Public. Assistance is provided to help ease the burden of indigenous peoples in school finance

and education of their children.

2. Kinds of Support:

A: Primary and Secondary. School fees. Curriculum monthly test paper school's annual Sports The educational Islamic / moral education

B : School aids Books and work books Stationery School uniforms Personal goods (for students living in dormitories), such as toothpaste, soap , detergent ,

lime shoes , towels ) . Free food service (the primary).

6) The democratization of education;- perfect Infrastructure             - A dormitory            - Full equipment (both inside and outside the classroom)            - Use the best teaching aids This means that any facilities available in schools should be generalized optimal school regardless of races (according to the situation

7) Collective action;- The Ministry of Education has implemented a ' Outreach ' Special Education and Action Committee Trip To Address Issues Aboriginal Child Education .- Medicine, dental checkups, home, Aboriginal enrollment, giving lectures, encourage savings and so on.

8 ) Financial Aid ;- The distribution of financial allocations without favor or discrimination will enable students, especially those studying in rural schools and rural areas enjoy the same opportunities and the students in the city.- Injustice in providing education funds will deny students the opportunity to keep abreast of the progress of science and technology.- As a measure to curb inflation, in 2008 the government approved an additional allocation of RM20 million for the Aboriginal community development programs. A total of RM13.4 million for food aid in addition , RM2.7 million to finance the cost of student transportation , student aid stipend RM2 million and agricultural inputs of RM1.9 million .

- In carrying out its social responsibility to the community , the Retirement Fund (Incorporated ) (PTF ) to the Corporate Social Responsibility Project to students of Aboriginal communities in the National School Bukit Tampoi .- CEO KWAP , Azian Mohd Noh said that the project was done is the help of sports equipment amounting to RM3 , 000 for enhanced performance in school sports , especially in football and sepak takraw.

10 ) Teacher action;- Commitment to their responsibilities.- Preparation of relevant teaching aids.- Must be sensitive to the situation or problem with aborigine student.- Empathy and firm in every way.- Compassionate and sincere teaching.
