Room Information:An intimate, versatile room, The Bullitt Cabaret is a lovely space for a wedding, company meeting, reception, or as a performance venue. Customize your event with a dance floor, stage, or projection screen.

Rental of The Bullitt Cabaret Includes:• A full range of lighting and sound equipment is available in-house to

support a variety of events; details available upon request. See below for a full inventory.

• Use of ACT’s inventory of cabaret and banquet tables at no additional charge (subject to availability).

• One large dressing room accommodating up to 10 people with sink, shower, toilet, lighted mirrors (subject to availability).

• 12'x9' motorized projection screen • 6500 Lumen Projector available for $250 rental fee• Use of ACT’s loading dock provides caterers and other vendors easy

access to our facility

Capacity: • The Bullitt Cabaret is 4,539 square feet• Seated Reception or Plated Meal for up to 160• Standing Reception for up to 200• Theatre-style performance up to 150

Rental Rates: • $1,200 per day (plus labor expenses)• $600 for non-profit organizations (must show valid 501c3 status)

Staffing: • A minimum of one IATSE technician is required to load-in, run, and strike

events. $38/hour (4 hour minimum) • An Event Manager to supervise your event. $31/hour (for the duration

of your event)• A Greeter to help direct your welcome your guests and direct them to

your event. $22/hr (4 hour minimum)• For performance events, a House Manager is required for seating and

safety of patrons. $29/hour (4 hour minimum)
