As we know that in Act 1, Macbeth and Banquo met

the 3 witches. The witches told two prophecies to

Macbeth that he soon will be the thane of Cawdor

and the future King if Scotland. The witches also told

Banquo that his offsprings will be the future kings as

well. It turned out the first prophecy to be true.

Macbeth did became the thane of Cowdor.

Page 3: Act 3

To celebrate his new title, King Duncan was invited

over to Macbeth’s house. Then, Macbeth and his

wife had a plan to make the second prophecy came

true.

Page 4: Act 3

So, with help from his wife whom made the guards drunk so

Macbeth can slip into Duncan’s chamber and put him to

death. When the bell rang at night, Macbeth went off to

Duncan’s room and killed him without a second though. The

poor king dead.

Page 5: Act 3

The second morning, Macduff found out the dead

body in Duncan’s chamber terrified him the most.

When he told this news to Lady Macbeth, she

acted sorry and pathetic to the news as she

doesn’t know slightly reason form this. As well as

Macbeth, whom talked words from the mouth but

covered the truth in the heart. Both of them acted

natural yet not natural.

The old king is now dead, so Macbeth is replaced to be

the King of Scotland and his wife to be the Queen. Now

they have the power they wanted it.

Page 7: Act 3

But hold on, there’s one more thing that Macbeth wanted is he wishes

Banquo and his son dead too for Fleance will be the future threat t him.

For this reason, he want to avoid the second prediction from the witches

to be gone.

Page 8: Act 3

Two murders were hired to get rid of

Banquo and Fleance. Somehow the third

murder appeared to be with the two

killers . Together they put Banquo to

death but the son was escaped. For this,

Macbeth felt feeply disappointed.

Page 9: Act 3

Regard his plan has failed half, he still had to go back to his banquet as to celebrate his new title. In the dinner, he saw Banquo’s ghost sat at his seat covered with blood on his face, body and hands. This feared Macbeth a little, but soon he realized he shouldn’t for its barely a ghost.

Page 10: Act 3

Near the end of this act, Hecate, the boos among the three witches gathered everyone together and planning to teach Macbeth a lesson on his dstiny.

Page 11: Act 3

While, Macduff is now in

England seeking help from

King Edward for a result of

who murder the loyal King

Duncan.
