    (ACS), a Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX),

    announced a definitive agreement to acquireExcellerateHRO, LLP (EHRO) from Hewlett-

    Packard Company. The transaction is expected

    to close following the conclusion of the

    customary closing conditions.
