Accordingly, Medical Superintendent / IMO In-charge / Directorate / SSMC/ m/s WiproInfosystems, as the case may be, of the above locations shall identify one appropriatepersonnel for each location who shall work as "Local Level Nodal Officer- for that locationfor exercising all means and methods for implementing Dhanwantri HIS 100% within thestipulated date fixed for that location. The Medical Superintendent / IMO In-charge /Directorate / SSMC/ Wipro, as the case may be, shall intimate the name of such nominatedofficials by return e-mail/fax by 16.11.2010 to Hqrs. Office as well as to the "National NodalOfficer" as below. Also, The Head of the Office / Controlling Officer of each location shallentrust the above responsibility and facilitate full support and co-operation of all staff to thelocal Nodal Officers for 100% implementation.

Dr. A. Panda, [Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Dhanwantri (Hospital) & Member DomainSupprot Group (DSG)], (dr.abhimanyu.panda@esic.in), (abhimanyu_panda@yahoo.com), shallbe functioning as the "National Level Nodal Officern for the Country - "National NodalOfficer" who shall be monitoring the IT implementation activities through these "Local NodalOfficers" of each locations and reporting to MC and DG directly. The Nodal Officers of variouslocations shall be reporting to the 'National Nodal Officer' on daily basis on the progressregarding 100% implementation of "Dhanwantri in Fast Track' activity, at

The National Nodal Officer shall be free totake along with him any officer / staff to facilitate carrying out of implementation activity. Heshall be extended full support / assistance for implementation of this project at these locations.

B. It is decided to institute a mechanism for validation of Global Master data for HIS andMM applications, received from various locations through a single common gateway of a teamof members well versed with the application for creation of universal standard qualityDhanwantri data. It is observed that the application is getting loaded with lot of junk data,meaningless data, data with spelling mistakes and synonymous data through various userlocations creating confusion and unnecessarily burdening the software because of the sheervolume of data that needs to be fetched in each click. This menace needs to be curbed and allusers should be made to understand the importance and purpose of this exercise, becauseQuality Master Data gives Quality Application Module.

Accordingly, a "Global HIS Master Data Validation Team" is constituted comprising of thefollowing officials/Domain Support Group(DSG) members who are well versed with theapplication:

Henceforth, any addition, deletion, correction & modification of Global master datafrom any ESI location across the country, shall be routed through the members of the abovecommittee for validation, bye-mail, before effecting data porting in application, directly orthrough a team of members identified by Wipro which need to be communicated to theabove-stated ESICTeam for updating of Global master data for HIS and MM. This informationis to be circulated to all the concerned officials of all ESI locations and the concerned SystemIntegrator (SI) of Wipro Infosystems by the Hqrs. Office.

For this, each location shall have 2 / 3 member team who can suggest the rationaldata in standard format that needs to be updated / modified in the Global Master through thelocal nodal officer with due approval and proper validation by the Head of the Office of thatlocation. Such request should be forwarded to the "Global HIS master Data Validation Team"through e-mail for perusal. While doing so every care must be taken to preventrecommending synonymous data that is already available in application. The name, e-mailaddress and mobile phone number of such local Nodal Officer are to be forwarded to theGlobal team, by the head of office of each location, bye-mail. 'Local master data', that doesnot affect 'Global Master data' in the system may be created locally through the locally

-4-constituted team after due validation by the head of the Local office/ESI Location, inconsultation with / guidance of the Local Nodal Officer of Wipro.

The "Global HIS Master Data Validation Team" shall arrange Video-conferencingamongst themselves every week or as demanded, to discuss and finalise on the data receivedfrom various locations and review with the Local Nodal Officers from time to time, as deemedfit for this action. The decision of the Global Team regarding Global Master Data shall be finaland binding.

It is needless to emphasize that implementation of project Dhanwantri alongwithother modules of Project Panchdeep has the highest priority for ESIC. All concerned arehereby requested to stick to the deadlines and extend full efforts in implementation.
