Bhd. was established in November 2011 and was formed by agroup of specialized & competent proffesionals.Our special strength and expertise is, providing integrated ACMV engineering and business solutions.We have been actively involved in design, supply and install, testing and commissioning, managing long term service and maintenance contract for a quite number of high profile buildings in market for the past 20 years.Our team also plays the key role in many district cooling system and ice thermal energy storage system projects during their business career.

(Founder and Managing Director)2009 - 2011 : Smartech (Founder and CEO)1995 - 2008 : Dunham Bush (General Manager)Bryan Koh was graduated from University Malaya with Bachelor Of Science (Hon) Degree in 1994. He then continued to pursue for higher academic quali�cation and in 1998 he has obtained a Master Degree in TechnologyManagement (APESMA) from Australia.In 1995 he started his career with Dunham Bush as a System an Application Engineer . Two years later he was promoted as a Senior System and Application Enginner. He was further promoted as a System and Application Manager in year 2000. In 2002, he was promoted as a Deputy General manager of Sales and Marketing for Dunham Bush Sales and Services Sdn. Bhd. Subsequently in 2005 he was promoted to assume the General Manager post of Sale and Marketing due to his excellent performance until 2009.The turning point and milestone in his career during his employment with Dunham Bush was the task to carry out technology transfer of Ice Thermal Energy Storage (TES) from USA in 1996. After the intensive training and research in USA, he returned and became the prominent specialist and recognized in Thermal Energy Storage (TES) in the market. During his tenere in Dunham Bush, he managed to secure and commission a number of TES projects for Dunham Bush. His diverse scope of reponsibilities covered the managing sales force, designing, project managment and supervision as well as dealing with service operation and maintenance of various Installed systems in the market after the hand over to the custom-ers. He has gain con�dence, and loyalty from repeated customers through his dedications in providing after sales service as a recognized TES speacialist in the market, he has become a frequent speaker in many technical seminars. Market recognition for his technical capabilities was the evidence from the regular invitations from well recognized professional bodies such as ASHRAE to give technical talk in USA, China, India, Mexico, Philippines, Singapore.He is also involved in supporting established pro�esional bodies in Malaysia such as MASHRAE, IEM, MACRA , ACEM, MASTER BUILDERS on giving technical talks, particularly on TES and also other technical topics to consulting enginners, architects, contractors and university students. He is the immediate past president of MACRA (Malaysia Air Conditioning & refrigeration Association). During his tenure he was actively involved in conducting technical seminars and intensive training courses for the members. In 2008, he was one of the crucial founders of Smartech that involved in planning and starting a new air condi-tioning business with other partners in Smartech and subsequently assumed the position of CEO of Smartech Sales and Services Sdn. Bhd in 2009.He was actively promoting Integrated SMARTwise Technology innovated by hum and the positive result was evident from the encouraging market acceptance on the system and within 2 years, he managed to secure two very reputable projects, namely RAPID MRT underground stations and IOI Pucong PFCC. On top of that, he managed to open market eyes on Smartech when he help Smartech in securing several market high pro�led and green-certi�ed projects such as Intermark, Setia City Mall, Desa Park City Hospital etc.He left smartech in 2011 and set up his own company KENWISE SDN. BHD. which he is the Managing Director and major share-holder of the company. Until today, through KENWISE SDN. BHD. he is stilllactively involved in air conditioning business and conducting air conditioning technical tranings seminars under MACRA supports. He always envision KENWISE SDN. BHD. to be a reptable and leading force in providing integrated and optimized system solutions towards ultimate greenest goals with highest intergrity.
