POST SHOWREPORT 2013
Starting off in top gear
“The show has exceeded all of our expectations in terms of exhibitor participation and in attracting key policy makers, industry representatives and buyers.”
– Mr Surinder Kanwar, President ACMA
It was the perfect premiere for the first edition of ACMA Automechanika New Delhi, and the trade fair was regarded as a necessary and beneficial business platform by both domestic and international exhibitors. 256 exhibiting companies used this international marketplace to present their products, showcase services and enhance brand awareness to over 8,096 professionals visiting from 58 countries and 192 cities in India.
ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2013 came at the right time to propel industry
growth and future development. A two-day seminar targeting leading influencers and decision makers in the industry elevated the significance of the trade fair to a source of knowledge and information. ACMA showcased their established campaign dubbed ‘ASLI-NAQLI’, while Messe Frankfurt‘s global initiative ‘Messe Frankfurt Against Copying’ provided global assistance in ensuring the intellectual property of the fair’s exhibitors and in building awareness on the benefits of using genuine auto components.
“A show like ACMA Automechanika New Delhi gives India’s auto industry the perfect chance to showcase its current progress.”
– Shri Praful Patel, Minister for Heavy Industry and Public Enterprises, Government of India

“I found ACMA Automechanika New Delhi to be a very well organised show. At the show, I met with my current suppliers from India; I also got a chance to meet with several new companies from whom I could source different products. I am looking forward to signing deals with some exhibitors in the coming months.”
– Mr Cameron Dodd, Product Development, Auto Parts Group, Australia
“We have already signed a deal with Mahle and are in talks with Escorts. The trade show has given me the opportunity to meet and speak to a lot of companies at one place. We are extremely happy with the turnout of the show. The companies exhibiting at the trade show are some of the best in the industry. It was a very good initiative by ACMA and Messe Frankfurt.”
– Mr Ajay Gupta, Director, Anshuman Auto Impex Ltd., India
“I was both surprised and pleased to see the level of international participation at ACMA Automechanika New Delhi. What sets this show apart from any other industry show is the quality and range of companies exhibiting. This is the first time I got to meet German, Italian and British suppliers at the same place.”
– Mr Junya Ueda, General Manager, Kubota Corporation, India
