Mr. Robert O'Block,

In your attorney's letter dated 12-27-10 to Mr. Stuart's and my attention, you requestedthat we shut down our public sites that speak the truth to the Nation. Your request was toshut down urls http://thepubliccourt.coml and http://thepubliccourt.comlcustody-evaluators-2/, which means http://stephendoyne.thepubliccoUlt.com andhttp://thepubliccourt.com/It is interesting that you dodged and bypassed pinpointing theStephen Doyne site by name, to be taken down. Please take a note that above sites areowned by our non-profit organization that were established for the public good-California Coalition for Families and Children (CCFC).

The irony is, you never corresponded to my earlier letters inquiring about the sameStephen Doyne credentials and how he obtained his Diplmate from your business, butsomehow you continue to act on his behalf and for his protection committing fraud andmisleading the public. These letters are attached-dated 10-06-06, 3-24-08, and 5-09-09.

Around early 2006, I made multiple written and phone inquiries about your ACFE and itsnewer name ACFEI. It is unclear why such ACFE name suddenly changed to ACFEI?

One time I phoned I was answered by a younger girl who informed me that you do nothave a complaint process about any of your members. When I asked why and how come,she stated, "because our members do not make mistakes. "

Another time I called your number and I requested to speak to Mr. O'Block and I was puton the phone with someone who claimed, "1am the only Bob here. " This "Bob" soundedvery friendly, easy going, and invited me to pay the $350 to purchase your diplomatewith ease. What is most seriously important is that Bob reassured me that all informationwill be held confidential from the public, and no one would know anything about how Ireceived the specialty Diplomate.

Another time when I made an inquiry about Stephen Doyne PhD, I was put on hold for along time, enough to encourage me to hang up, where obviously no one came back to mycall that I am certain you cleverly put on hold.

Attached are the letters that I have directed to your attention requesting yourcorrespondence and cooperation, and surely you never corresponded even once. Youwere right that no one would ever know anything about anyone else and how "XYZ" or Igot his/her Diploma from you. You reassured me that everything would be held secret.

This is also confirmed in the Steven Feldman PhD case in Saratoga County, who wasrecently arrested carrying your same Diploma that you sold to Doyne. The person whoinvestigated Feldman stated that you would not let anyone know anything about you orhow he got his Diploma?

Ever since, I have made countless Nationwide contacts. Among the many that I contactedwas Professor of Law Carol Henderson, Chair of the American Academy of ForensicSciences, Attorney Mark Hansen, and Elizabeth McDonald - all who wrote articlesciting you and your Diplomate as an example of phony credentialing. These respectivearticles beginning with Carol Henderson's "Scientific Evidence Review: Admissibilityand Use of Expert Evidence in the Courtroom, "pp. 7 - 8. Carol Henderson mentionedthat you pedal "mail-order" and "checkbook credentials," and you are a Diploma millgiving certifications to a pet cat, and a murderer in prison ... mailing that Diploma to hisjail cell! Professor Henderson writes on page 7, "The founder of the ACFE has beenattempting to establish an internet based educational program that would offer PHDdegrees in forensic sciences. So far no college or university has decided to host theprogram. "

Another called "The Print - Expertise to GO" by Attorney Mark Hansen, concluding youbeing unqualified and hiring your minor kids on the board of directors of that ACFE, andthat you were called by someone for committing pligarism. A third reliable person by thename of Elizabeth McDonald, wrote a big article called, "The Making of an ExpertWitness: It's in the Credentials" published by THE WALL STREET JOURNAL(Eastman Edition) New York, N.Y.: Feb 8, 1999 pg. B.I, outlining how unprofessionalthe ACFE and its Ethics exams are, where they were merely a "scientific-joke."

The hopes that were outlined by the one and only well respected American Board ofProfessional Psychology/ABPP are coming to life. The public is only studying who youare, and your consumers, or your useless certificate purchasers.

CCFC is further educating the public with much fervor about what the truth is. We havestudied you well and CCFC plans to continue to educate the public more. You obviouslyhave the guts to spread your misleading fraud to the inquiring and victimized, naive,misled public with intimidating Attorney threats.

Mr. O'Block your psychology is to obviously spread threats if we do not stopcommunicating the truth. Disseminating and Broadcasting the truth is something that we

are good at when it comes to the truth with real facts. Is not that what you and yourunique misleading consumers have all along silenced for as long as possible for you toget away with? CCFC is only proud of its sites serving the Public-Good.

Since October 2006, I have made repeated formal and phone requests asking youragency to substantiate and release any Diplomate credentials that relate toStephen Doyne Ph.D. In that correspondence I highlighted to your agency thatStephen Doyne, Ph.D. made a solid reference to his Diplomate Credentials beingvalidated from your agency in a Court of Law in 2005. Ever since 2006, youragency has never corresponded even once. Instead you requested that Dr. Doynesign a release form which you faxed me allowing you release such informationabout him otherwise, you would only continue to hold any such requestedcredentials, secret.

As of February 2009, Dr. Doyne released his Diplomate Certification that is issuedfrom your company. This Diplomate was signed by the following professionals:

1- Vincent Scalice/Chairman of the Board of Scientific and Technical Affairs.2- Cheryl J. Campbell/Director of Diplomate Certification.

Please send me the credentials of those two Diplomate certification authority. Asmy council and I indicated in our previous requests to you, we asked you to please'to direct us as to how Dr. Doyne obtained his Diplomate Certification for youragency. I also inquired about your faculty teaching staff, the student body anddean's identity of your agency. Unfortunately, I never heard from ever since 2006.

Online the ACFE claims being professional in substantiating credentials aboutthe experts who claim Diplomate credentials from your agency. Please explain tome as to why you informed me on the phone previously that you would hold anymember or Diplomate credentials secret?Signe~>'-7

"Any legitimate specialty or licensing board or organization wouldunconditionally release credentialing information upon public request. "Recently online you claim that ACFE is being professional in substantiatingcredentials about the experts who claim credentials from your agency. Repeatedand concrete online and law library documentation from legitimate organizationsand well known professionals consistently that your agency is "vanity boards."This is not just frustrating but a shame on you and authorities allowing you tomislead and not to cooperate with any public inquiry.

Please explain to me as to why you informed me on the phone that you would holdany member or Diplomate credentials secret?

Again I am in hopes that your company would "Walk the Talk" and take the samenationwide professional measures to correspond in a professional fashion.Signed,
