June 2012 as a private limited company under Companies Act 1965. It was

a company, which evolved from a corporation founded in 1993. Two of Ace

Property Development Sdn Bhd’s sister companies namely Ace Cleaning

Services Sdn Bhd and Ace Property Maintenance Sdn Bhd are well known

and good credibility companies in Puchong, Selangor.

The formation of the company is aimed to eliminate all long standing

predicaments and utilized efficient systems and resources to make our

mission not only meet the expectation of customers but exceed their

expectations and needs. The company aims to become one of the leading

property developers in Selangor and to penetrate new business areas in

property markets by providing one stop services namely “build, renovate &

maintain”. The company will further maintain the high standards in its

operational performance.

The company provides its customers with what they really want, not with

what we think they need. The use of high quality construction material,

one stop services, well-trained personnel, transparency of the deals,

building, repairing, alteration, maintenance of houses, apartments, shop

lots, office buildings and factories. In order to meet the rapid growth in

Malaysia property market over recent years, the company has spent a few

years developing a strategic one stop service by providing the new property

buyer the service of renovation, cleaning and maintenance. It saves a lot of

times and costs of its clients.

Over the years the skills and management base of the company has grown

and developed and the enthusiasm and commitment of a team of staffs and

directors are well cultivated in this industry. Due to the vast experiences

of the company’s directors in this industry, the company also became a

cleaning and maintenance services of food courts and shopping complexes.

At the beginning years, it successfully made its company annual turnover

as RM1 million and further to increase their annual turnover to RM4

million in the following years. It proved itself to be a successful player in

the industry itself.

Even during the year of economic downturn in 1998, the company still able

to maintain their annual turnover as RM 3 million. During these recent

years, the company has doubled in size and continues to project a strong

growth pattern for the future. In spite of its growth, the Ace Cleaning

Services Sdn Bhd still keeps a strong commitment to the principals of

customer satisfaction through their hands-on involvement in the daily

operations of the company. Ace Cleaning Service Sdn Bhd nowadays not

only provides cleaning and maintenance services to food court and

shopping complex but also extends their cleaning and maintenance service

to office building, as well as construction sites.

Lee Poh Onn has many years of experience in the field of building

construction & renovation as well as property cleaning & maintenance. He

is the founder of Ace Group of Companies and is also a managing director

in the three companies. He is a farsighted business man who is driven by

his passion to provide a one stop service to construct, renovate and

maintain a building of which helps their customers save a lot of hassle. He

has contributed the direction and objective of the companies for at least 20

years. A diverse knowledge base of him enables the company to

concentrate and expand in the field of building construction & renovation

as well as property cleaning & maintenance.
